The crisis in the management of archaeological research at Tiwanaku, the evidence of negligence and technical administritiva mnejo in the Archaeological Museum of Tiwanaku, deficiencies in the work of researchers the UNAR and a series of complaints and claims promoted the removal of Archaeologist Javier Escalante and irrevocable resignation of David Aruquipa to the Heritage of the Ministry of Culture.
